Each Wednesday my youth group takes turns making supper for everyone. Tonight it was my turn. I planned out my menu and got started this afternoon. My menu included taco soup, applesauce, bread, and JELLO CAKE!! If you have never had jello cake before you are really missing out. First you bake white cake mix in a pan for 30 minutes. Get the cake out and let it cool for 10 minutes. Then after 10 minutes you poke holes in the cake with a fork. Now this is the fun part, you pour the jello liquid over top of the cake. Then the liquid seeps into the holes, yummm. After that, you frost it with in my case a thick layer of whipped topping. Doesn't it just make your mouth water!? Hopefully my youth group likes it.
