Snow Tubing @ Massanutten

On Saturday evening my youth group and I went snow tubing at Massanutten Resort. I had never been snow tubing at a resort before, but had tubed on a hill at home. So this was a whole new thing to me. We arrived at the resort and attached these tag things that said we could get in, to our jackets. Then we picked out our tubes (trying to find a less flatter ones because supposedly they go faster). After that we loaded onto a lift that was sorta like a big conveyer belt, and it took us up the hill. Once we reached the top we waited in lines for our turn down the hill. I will admit I was a little nervous while waiting, but it wasn't worth it. My first turn down the hill was so fast and totally amazing! The second time wasn't so thrilling it was more like sickening. I spun so fast on the way down, I felt like I was going to throw up when I got off. Thankfully I didn't! The next couple turns were still spinny but fun. Then they allowed us to attach two tubes by rope and go two at a time. So Kate and I did that the rest of the night because we were sick of spinning (literally), and going two at a time doesn't make you spin.Our time block ended at 7pm so we loaded up in the car. For supper we went to Hank's Smokehouse! Awesome! I definately recommend it! It was a great night!
